When will my order be posted?

We've changed the way we do things a little so the way we post orders has changed too. We will now be doing a weekly restock every Friday morning and dispatching boxes every Tuesday morning. 

How will my order be posted?

All orders are now sent using Hermes. You can select either standard delivery - which usually takes 3-4 days but can take up to 7 during busier periods - or next day delivery - which takes 1-3 days from day of dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date so please bear this in mind when ordering for a special occasion or event. Please allow at least 4 working days before getting in touch regarding delivery.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

Our boxes are too big for the letterbox so someone will have to be available to accept the delivery or you can specify a safe place for the courier to leave your order. Please bear in mind that COOKIES & MYLK cannot take any responsibility for goods spoiling or any delays in delivery as a result of someone not being available to accept the delivery. 

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the fact that our items are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds on orders. Once you have placed your order, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery or that the safe place you have selected is completely secure. Please also bear in mind that your package may not always be handled with care so some goods may not arrive in pristine condition (there may be some squishing). If you'd like to get in touch about items which have arrived in particularly bad condition please email: info@cookiesandmylk.co.uk or get in touch via our contact page. In some circumstances where a package goes missing or is misplaced by the courier we may offer you the choice of a replacement box or a refund, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account before getting in touch with us again.

What about allergies?

Your goods are made by a vegan in a completely vegan kitchen so there is absolutely no animal derived products in sight. Your goods may be vegan but they do contain GLUTEN, SOYA and NUTS (this is specified in the product description). Most of our products can however be made free from GLUTEN, SOYA and NUTS, please email: info@cookiesandmylk.co.uk before placing an order. We take all the necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination but please bear in mind we cannot guarantee 100% free from. 

How do I order a custom cake?

To order a custom celebration cake please email: info@cookiesandmylk.co.uk or get in touch using our contact page. Please bear in mind we have a limited number of slots for custom cakes per month and these book up pretty quick, we usually need up to 2 weeks notice for bookings so get in touch as early as possible. When you get in touch, please provide the following information: your name, the date you require your custom bake, size of the bake (how many people does it need to feed?), flavour you'd like and any decorative ideas you'd like to incorporate. We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry. Please note that a 50% non refundable deposit is required to upon booking to confirm your order, we cannot hold slots for anyone. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours of us sending you confirmation of your order with your invoice. If this is not paid within this time we will not get in touch or chase the order as we simply just do not have the time, the slot will be automatically opened up for other customers.
